Advertise where people are actually looking for a place to stay. Pick the package that matches how much you want to get out of it - you pay a fixed fee, never a commission on bookings. Every package puts you on four sites (hladamchatu.sk, hledamchatu.cz, meganoclegi.pl, utaz.hu) and into our Facebook groups.

Cottages, cabins, apartments and private rooms

Guesthouses, hotels and resorts

The same ladder, adapted to properties with several units. The price is for the whole property, not per room. It applies to guesthouses, hotels, wellness hotels, motels, apartment buildings, hostels, resorts and campsites.

We are not VAT registered - the prices are final. If you have several properties on one account, we can agree a volume discount - just write to us.

What every package includes

• No commission for arranging the booking - only the fixed advertising fee.
• Payment for the stay goes directly between the guest and the host.
• Communication is direct - phone, e-mail, a message on the site or WhatsApp. The guest does not have to register.
• You manage calendar synchronisation yourself, right in your account.
• Advertisers follow the portal rules, including the ban on links to competing portals. Repeated breaches can lead to the listing being taken down and a contractual penalty of €50.

Boosting - get to the top of the results

Your package decides what you can do. Boosting decides where the guest sees you. It is bought by the day, not by the year - it suits the run-up to a season, a long weekend, or a free week you need to fill.

A boosted property goes to the top of the results and gets a badge on its card, so it stands out even when someone is scrolling quickly. Boosted places rotate - nobody occupies the top of the results for a whole period.

You choose the length when you buy it in your account. We are not VAT registered - the prices are final.

How it works

• Boosting only changes the order among properties that already matched the guest's filter. It will never push dates that are taken or that do not fit.
• You buy it in your own account for a specific property - you pick the level and the length. It starts running once paid, which with a card takes seconds.
• A further period is added to the one already running - nothing is lost.
• You can run several boosts at once, and buy them with any package, including BASIC.
• VIP and VIP Plus get a discount on boosting, and ALL-INCLUSIVE and ALL-INCLUSIVE Plus include it all year. The discount does not apply to the exclusive spot.
• When it ends we show you the result in numbers - how many views you had while boosted, compared with similar properties in the same region.

Make the most of our social media reach

Adding your property gives you full access to our social media channels. Advertisers who do not have a property with us, and who do not share links from hladamchatu.sk, are restricted.

What we need from you:

• Your contact details: phone number and e-mail.
• The name of the property and a short description of how you rent it out - whether it is a cottage, apartments and so on.
• If the property is already online, please send us the web address.
• The location - address, tourist region, or GPS coordinates. If your town is not in our system yet, we will add it.
• Billing details, or your name and address if you do not have a company registration number.
• Calendar synchronisation links from the portals where you already advertise.
• A WhatsApp number, if you use one and want guests to reach you there too.

What we are working on

Besides advertising and boosting we are preparing add-on services - the things a host currently sorts out alone or through an agency. They will be available with any package, either one-off or for a period. We will announce prices and exact terms at launch.
