The floor area of 98 m2 offers a spacious living room with a TV, seating area, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, which includes a dishwasher and a fully automatic JURA coffee machine. The ground floor has a bathroom with a shower.

Stylish oak stairs will lead you to the night area upstairs, which will open timeless doors through the hallway to two separate rooms with a double bed, the possibility of an extra bed, with a balcony and a unique view of the lake. The floor is also equipped with another bathroom with a shower.

In winter, you will be warmed by underfloor heating in the living room with kitchen and bathroom, and fireclay radiators in the rooms.

The exterior offers a gazebo with a direct view of the lake, outdoor seating, cascades and safe parking under a shelter with a sliding gate.

The chalet is completely fenced.

In summer, Kolpašské Lake is one of the most sought-after in the Banská Štiavnica area, where you can swim, go paddleboarding and mountain biking.

The lake belongs to the fishing association MO - SRZ Banská Štiavnica - Kaprový Lovný, so fishermen are also welcome.

There is a forest directly behind the cottage, where mushroom pickers will certainly have a good time.

For culture and tourism, the road only 6 km away will take you to the magical Banská Štiavnica, which will amaze you with its historical center, galleries, museums, Calvary and the Old and New Castles.

In the winter scenery, the lake offers the possibility of ice skating, cross-country skiing and the Salamander Resort, 17 km away, offers the possibility of skiing.
