Chalupa Burg nad Banskou Štiavnicou sa nachádza len 800 m od vrchnej stanice lanovky Salamadra Ski Resort. Nachádza sa v tichej časti obce Štiavnické Bane - časť Horná Roveň, priamo nad historickou Banskou Štiavnicou, v chránenej krajinnej oblasti Štiavnické vrchy. Slovom "Burg" sa nenechajte zmýliť, štiavnickí baníci totiž žartovne označovali svoje malé domčeky ako "Burg", v preklade hrad.
Naša chalupa je ideálnym východiskovým bodom pre turistiku (napríklad na vrch Sitno) a cyklistiku k okolitým tajchom či jazerám, ktorých je v blízkosti od ubytovania naozaj neúrekom. Rovnako zaujímavým je samotné mesto Banská Štiavnica, kde navštívite Starý a Nový zámok, Banské múzeum v prírode, Botanickú záhradu a poprechádzate sa historickým námestím.
