Cottage above the orchard and a tub with jets under the open sky. We offer a stay in Liptov for a couple or a smaller group of max. 6+2 people. The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Liptovská Kokava. Guests have free private parking for two cars. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, hob, oven, sandwich maker, large dining table and also a functional wood-burning stove. There is an exit from the kitchen to a comfortable terrace. The living room is spacious with a large sofa bed, flat-screen TV, a small corner for children and lots of games for children and adults. The fireplace is placed so that it is pleasantly warm throughout the cottage. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, bedside tables and a clothes rack. There is also a separate toilet on the floor, where the washing machine is located. The cottage is heated by a fireplace, there is underfloor heating in the living room and there are infrared panels in the rooms, so comfort in winter is guaranteed and in summer the cottage is pleasantly cool. In the garden there is a fireplace, kettle, grill, barbecue sticks. For children there is a house with a slide, climbing wall, climbing rope, sandbox, swings. For relaxation we have a tub with jets. My hobby is my work, I offer massage services at the cottage or I will welcome you in my massage salon Relax Libka with a sauna, 10 km from the cottage. In the cycling season we offer bicycles. Free Wi-Fi, a recreation voucher can be used.

The nearest airport (Poprad-Tatry Airport) is 53 km from the accommodation. The location is excellent near the High and Low Tatras.
