Drevená chalupa s veľkým pozemkom sa nachádza v malebnej obci Vyšná Boca. Umiestnená na okraji obce pri vleku, lese a potoku, poskytuje dva apartmány s kapacitou pre 22 osôb (vrátane 2 prísteliek) v 8 spálňach, pričom k dispozícii sú 4 kúpeľne a 4 toalety. Ubytovanie je možné pre viaceré nezávislé skupiny. Pobyt so psom je povolený za poplatok. Vonkajšie vybavenie zahŕňa ohnisko, altánok, vonkajšie sedenie, krb, kotlík a gril. Ideálne pre rodiny s deťmi, s vybavením ako detská postieľka, preliezka, šmýkačka a hojdačka. Parkovanie je možné pre 8 áut priamo pri chate.
