Our cozy cottage Björk, inspired by Nordic peace and simplicity, is located in Babice near Uherského Hradiště. It offers comfortable accommodation for 6–8 people, relaxation in the jacuzzi and the possibility to bring your four-legged pets.

Location Uhliska u Babice. The cottage is located in a picturesque cottage area on the right bank of the Morava River (150 meters from the cottage), south of the village of Babice. This quiet place offers the Uhliska water area (a blind arm of the Morava River) right next to the cottage and wonderful views of the surrounding nature.
Right next to the cottage you can enjoy swimming, fishing or just relax and observe nature. The water area with an area of 13 hectares provides the perfect environment for lovers of nature and active rest.

Wellness & whirlpool for perfect relaxation. Treat yourself to luxurious relaxation in our outdoor hot tub with year-round operation. After a day full of activities, there is nothing better than immersing yourself in a warm bubble bath and watching the stars overhead. The hot tub is located in such a way as to provide maximum privacy and at the same time a view of the surrounding nature. Thanks to the year-round operation, you can indulge in a wellness experience even during the colder months.

Pets welcome. Your pets are welcome at our cottage by prior arrangement. We only charge a small surcharge for increased cleaning requirements. The entire plot is fenced, so your four-legged friends can move safely in the garden without restrictions or supervision.

The garden at the cottage offers a great background for relaxing moments with family or friends. There is an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, a hot tub and a pleasant sitting area under the open sky.

The land is fenced and allows safe parking right next to the building.

The quiet location by the water guarantees plenty of privacy and perfect contact with nature - an ideal place to relax from the everyday hustle and bustle.
