If you want to experience the true atmosphere of the region during your holiday, discover Chata na Staré fare, situated in the centre of the picturesque Kysuce village of Zákopčie. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Javorníky Mountains, it offers an ideal place to relax, recharge your batteries and spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The interior of the cottage sensitively combines traditional elements with modern comfort and reflects the rich history and character of the local region.
The cottage is designed for one group of guests and provides accommodation for a maximum of 8 people throughout the year with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a cozy atmosphere in which you will feel at home. The dominant feature of the common room decorated in a country style is a beautiful tiled stove, which creates a unique warmth of home. You can relax with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, board games or watching your favourite film.
The common area is connected to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. It has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster, so you can comfortably prepare everything you need during your stay.
Two spacious bedrooms are available for a comfortable sleep. One has a double bed and four single beds, the other offers a double bed and space for two extra beds. Two more extra beds can be prepared in the common room. The equipment includes a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with effective starry backlighting, a shower and a toilet. Towels, a hairdryer, a washing machine and an electric clothes dryer are provided. Free WiFi is available throughout the cottage.
The real attraction is the private wellness center, where you can use the sauna and hot tub without restrictions during your stay. After a day spent in nature, you will appreciate the opportunity to order a relaxing massage directly at the cottage (for an additional fee). The outdoor areas offer a fenced garden with seating, a barbecue and a children's playground with toys. Lovers of active recreation can play badminton, soft tennis or football. A pleasant bonus is a cozy wine cellar with a selection of quality wines. Parking is provided directly at the property on a fenced plot.
The surroundings of Zákopče and the Javorníky Mountains provide many opportunities for hiking, cycling and winter sports. Popular destinations are Jakubovský vrch, Veľký Polom, Husárik or the lookout tower on Marťákov hill - Petránky. In the summer months you can visit the swimming pool in Čadca or enjoy horseback riding in the surrounding villages. Families with children will enjoy a visit to the MM arena in Krásno nad Kysucou. In winter, there are groomed cross-country skiing trails and skiers will appreciate the proximity of the Ski Centrum Turzovka - Bukovina ski resort.
