Approximately 6 km from the accommodation, in the heart of the Orava nature, there is Hviezdoslavova hájovňa. You can also reach the game park through the nearby village of Oravská Polhora and on the way stop at the Lookout tower. In the village there is also an inhalator for iodine-bromine salt water from under Baba mountain.
In the village of Klin, about 10 km away, you can visit the Premeny lesa educational trail. The trail is 9 km long and the crossing takes approximately 3 hours. The route is moderately difficult and an elevation gain of 280m awaits you. There is also a statue of Christ here, which reaches a height of 9.5 m and weighs up to 23 tons.
The cottage is less than 15 km from the Orava Dam, where you can enjoy a boat trip to the Slanický Island of Art in the summer.
