Chata Štrbian Telgárt

Chata Štrbian is a newly renovated original wooden house with a traditional wood-burning stove in the common room. It is situated in the Horehron region in the village of Telgárt. Thanks to its location, you have easy access to many attractions.
Offers accommodation for guests throughout the year. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, which comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people, it is ideal especially as accommodation for one or more families with children, or groups of friends, tourists, etc.

The main room in the cottage is a common room, which is fully equipped kitchen corner. In this room, you can watch a program on Internet TV, relax on the sofa bed (used as an extra bed for one person at night) or enjoy meals at the dining table. The kitchenette has a complete set of dishes, electrical appliances such as a stove with a ceramic hob and an electric oven, a classic wood-burning oven, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

There are 3 bedrooms in the night part of the cottage. All have 2 beds. One has a double bed and the possibility of using a child's travel cot, the other two have separate beds. One of them also has an extra bed in the form of a pull-out bed. The cottage has a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The cottage has a free WiFi network in the entire building.

In the exterior part, you can use a portable grill or a kettle for cooking goulash. For the smallest children, we have toys and a foam mat inside, as well as a changing table, a bath tub or a sports stroller with a bean bag. There is also a possibility to store skis in the garden house. Parking is provided in the fenced parking lot next to the cottage and you can park 4 cars here.

In the vicinity of the cottage, guests have many hiking options thanks to the beautiful nature. It can be recognized by climbing Kráľova hola, but also from the seat of an electric bicycle. Chmarošský viaduct is also a popular attraction. You can refresh yourself from the inside at the Hrona spring, or with a good coffee in the Depo café wagon. In Telgárt, there is an opportunity to relax your body in the local wellness center. Children can also have fun at the Ranch under Ostrou skalau - horses, cows and beautiful nature. In winter, you can ski on the slopes of the ski resort Ski Telgárt, you can also enjoy one of the longest cross-country ski tracks in the region, or you can use the ascents on ski slopes. The resort has favorable prices and is suitable for skiers of all ages.
