Chaty AVEDO I. a AVEDO II. môžu byť prenajaté ako celok, ale aj každá chata jednotlivo. Každá chata má celkovú kapacitou 7 lôžok (6 pevných lôžok +1 prístelka), pri obsadenosti max. 4 dospelé osoby a deti. Na prízemí chaty je spoločenská miestnosť s krbom, televízorom, ďalej kompletne zariadený kuchynský kút, detský kútik a kúpeľňa. Na poschodí sa nachádzajú tri spálne. Pri každej chate je možnosť posedenia vrátane grilovania a pre deti je pripravené detské ihrisko, ktoré je spoločné pre obe chaty. Chata je ideálna na dovolenku počas celého roka, s možnosťou turistiky, cykloturistiky v blízkom okolí, sánkovania priamo pri chate, lyžovania v lyžiarskom stredisku Drienica (20 km), a možnosť relaxu v Aquaparku Lipany.
