Plne vybavený, kompletne zariadený a pred pár rokmi kompletne zrekonštruovaný 4 izbový dom na kraji mesta. Krásny dvor s altánkom, grilom drevom vyhrievanou kaďou a vonkajším sedením. Kúpeľňa spoločná s wc a obrovským sprchovým kútom. 2x TV, kompletné vybavenie od práčky so sušičkou cez žehličku až po fén, umývačku riadu atď. Parkovanie pre tri autá. Minútu od domu autom sa nachádza reštaurácia s obedovým menu. Dve minúty autom malé potraviny. Štyri minúty autom je centrum mesta.
