The Mining Museum in Rožňava invites you to take a tour of the history of the Gemera region and the way of life of its inhabitants in the past. The permanent historical exposition is located in the building of the former Marko manufactory for the production of leather. This manufactory was once one of the most prosperous in Hungary, and you can view more than 6,000 period objects here.
