Vila Grín provides year-round luxury accommodation in two modern and comfortably furnished apartments, which skillfully offer up to 15 fixed beds and 4 extra beds. You can rent each of the apartments separately, or you can rent the entire Villa Grín as one object for one group. This place is ideal for families with children, golf enthusiasts, lovers of hiking, cycling, winter sports, or as a space for company teambuilding or family celebrations.

The villa offers two separate entrances, two fully equipped kitchens, two cozy living rooms, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and five toilets. It adds a common terrace with an artificial golf green and a Grill House with an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. There is also space for storing skis, golf clubs, bicycles and a private parking lot for five vehicles. Of course, free WiFi internet connection is available throughout the villa.

Apartment I, with a capacity of 10 beds and 2 extra beds, on the ground floor offers a hallway with a shoe rack, a utility room, a storage room and a bedroom with two single beds, its own bathroom and toilet. The first floor is decorated with a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, a bar counter, a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a fireplace. For entertainment, there is also table football. From the living room there is access to a sunny terrace with seating, from which there are beautiful views. On the second attic floor you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet, while each bedroom has a balcony with a view.

Apartment II, with its own entrance, capacity for 5 beds and 2 extra beds, offers on the ground floor a living room connected to the kitchenette, a dining table with bench, sofa, TV and bathroom with toilet and shower. There is an exit to the grassy terrace from the living room. The attic contains two bedrooms and a separate toilet, while the triple bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the smaller double bedroom has two single beds.
