Welcome to the stylish Wellness Chalet MartinSki, located in the popular ski resort Martinské hole in the Žilina region, near the town of Martin.
On the second floor of the chalet is a spacious 10-bed Comfort Line apartment furnished in a combination of retro and luxury style. Each bedroom has a double bed, a bunk bed and a pull-out bed that can be used as an extra bed. The apartment is therefore an ideal choice for families with children and larger groups of guests.
The spacious living room offers a comfortable couch, satellite TV, video, radio and a fireplace, which creates a pleasant atmosphere especially during cold winter evenings. The living room is variable and, if necessary, can be transformed into a comfortable sleeping area. It has a double bed, which you can separate from the rest of the space with a curtain and thus create greater privacy.
The apartment includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. During your stay, you have one bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as another separate toilet.
Skiers and cyclists can safely store their sports equipment in the storage room. There are also ski boot dryers, a washing machine, an iron and two children's high chairs. Table tennis, table football and darts will provide entertainment during your free time, while the youngest guests can play with the toys provided.
After a day spent hiking, cycling or skiing, you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation in the outdoor barrel sauna. You can also use the built-in tap for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from barrels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You can park your vehicles comfortably and safely in the guarded parking lot right next to the cottage.
The great attraction of the accommodation is its excellent location in Martinske hole. During the summer months, you can explore the beauty of the surrounding nature, try the nearby Ferrata HZS - Martinske hole or go on a hike to Minčol hill. Refreshment on hot days is offered by the Vrútky or Sunny Martin swimming pools.
The Lookout Tower on Tanková cesta, Kuneradský Chateau or Strečno Castle are also worth a visit. In winter, lovers of skiing and other winter sports will find their place in the Martinske hole ski resort, as well as in the Piatrová and Snowland Valčianska dolina resorts.

CHARGING AN ELECTRIC CAR: There is a dedicated parking space with a 3.7 kW charging (230 V / 16 A, Type 2 connector). We rent a charging cable, you don't need anything of your own. You can charge approximately 120-200 km per night. There is only one space, please reserve in advance. Included in the accommodation price.

Vítame Vás v našom štýlovom MartinSki Wellness house, ktorý sa nachádza v obľúbenom lyžiarskom stredisku Martinské hole v Žilinskom kraji, neďaleko mesta Martin. Chata sa prenajíma aj ako celok. Celoročne Vám ponúkame ubytovanie v chate s kapacitou 23 lôžok v troch moderných apartmánoch: - 8-lôžkovom Exclusive line apartmáne s dvomi spálňami (rustikálny a industriálny štýl, manželská a poschodová posteľ v každej spálni), - 10-lôžkovom Comfort line apartmáne (retro a luxury štýl, manželská a poschodová posteľ v každej spálni, ako aj výsuvné lôžko slúžiace ako prístelka), - 3-lôžkovom Apartmáne Separe (súkromný vchod, manželská posteľ, rozkladacia pohovka pre 1 dospelú osobu, resp. 2 deti). - Exclusive line sa nachádza na prvom poschodí. V priestrannej obývacej izbe si príjemne oddýchnete na gauči pri pozeraní televízora so satelitným príjmom, videom, môžete tu počúvať rádio a zohrievať Vás pritom bude oheň z kozuba. Pri jedálenskom posedení si zase vychutnáte lahodné pokrmy pripravené v plne vybavenej kuchyni s rýchlovarnou kanvicou, chladničkou, mrazničkou, kávovarom, hriankovačom, umývačkou riadu, elektrickou rúrou, keramickou varnou doskou a mikrovlnnou rúrou. K apartmánu prislúchajú až dve krásne kúpeľne so sprchovacím kútom a toaletou. - Comfort line sa nachádza na druhom poschodí. Obývacia izba aj kuchyňa sú vybavené rovnako ako pri prvom apartmáne. Naporúdzi máte ale jednu kúpeľňu so sprchovacím kútom a toaletou a ešte jednu samostatnú toaletu. - Apartmán Separe je síce súčasťou objektu chaty, avšak apartmán má vytvorený samostatný druhý vchod. Tento apartmán je určený pre 3 dospelé osoby alebo 2 dospelé a 2 deti, nakoľko sa tam nachádza manželská posteľ (160 x 200 cm) a rozkladacia pohovka (110 x 190cm). Má svoju vlastnú vstupnú chodbu, lyžiareň, kuchyňu, obývačku, spálňu, sprchu a WC, s kompletnou apartmánovou výbavou a teda stropné audio ozvučenie na bluetooth v apartmáne a samostatne v kúpeľni, SMART TV. V kuchyni sú k dispozícii všetky moderné elektrospotrebiče. Určite Vás poteší elektrický krb v spálni, sušiče topánok / lyžiarok, stena určená na kreslenie kriedou pre deti a ostatná detská výbava: detská jedálenská stolička, postieľka pre deti, detské hračky a omaľovánky. Apartmán sme maximálne zvukotesne izolovali od zvyšku chaty pre maximálny komfort. V letnom období má Apartmán Separe vytvorené samostatné sedenie s komplet výbavou: ratanové posedenie, gril, dáždnik. Využitie wellnessu v čase od 16:00 do 18:00 h. Apartmán Separe bude vždy cenovo výhodnejší pre ubytovaných, ktorí zajednávajú celú chatu. Lyžiari a cyklisti si svoju výbavu odložia v úschovni, využiť môžete i sušiče na lyžiarky, práčku, žehličku a dve detské vysoké stoličky. Pre príjemné skrátenie chvíľ a zabavenie sa sme Vám prichystali stolný tenis, stolný futbal a šípky, detičky sa zahrajú s hračkami. Oddych si doprajete v exteriérovej sudovej saune. K dispozícii máte vstavané výčapné zariadenie pre sudové alkoholické aj nealkoholické nápoje. V celom objekte sme zariadili bezplatné WiFi pripojenie na internet. Pri objekte bezpečne odparkujete svoje vozidlá na našom stráženom parkovisku. Dobrá pozícia ubytovania je najväčším benefitom našich hostí! V letných mesiacoch zažijete príjemné potulky po okolí, vyskúšate si neďalekú Ferratu HZS - Martinské hole, vyjdete na Minčol, okúpete sa na Kúpalisku Vrútky alebo Sunny Martin. Výhľad z Rozhľadne na Tankovej ceste zaujme tiež, rovnako ako Kuneradský zámok či Hrad Strečno. Milovníci lyžovania sa do sýtosti vybláznia v Lyžiarskom stredisku Martinské hole, Piatrovej aj Snowlande Valčianska dolina.

Cancellation terms
Cancellation with a refund of the deposit can be made 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the stay, while in the case of cancellations less than 29 days and less, the deposit is not refunded (New Year's Eve stays are handled individually).
In the event of an objective reason preventing the tenant from arriving at the agreed date of stay, and therefore especially due to the current government measures that would not allow the tenant to arrive at the stay or would limit it, in that case the tenant has the option of using another possible date of stay or has the option of canceling the stay with the right to a refund of the full amount of the deposit payment, which will be refunded to him/her within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation of the planned stay to the account number that the tenant provides.
