The Zázrivá – Demkovská 13 holiday cottage is located in the Malá Fatra area, at the beginning of Zázrivá at the entrance from Žilina and Terchová towards Dolný Kubín. It is easily accessible by car even in winter.

The cottage can only be rented as a whole for groups of up to 8 people or 9-12 people including children. When occupied by a group of up to max. 8 people, the rental price is also lower, do not hesitate to contact me for a price quote.

We offer the entire cottage for rent, in which you can use a classic kitchen with all appliances (hob, extractor hood, hot air oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and microwave), a common room with a fireplace and 4 rooms with 12 beds (10 fixed beds + 2 places on a folding bed). The rooms have a capacity of 2 / 3 / 3 / 4. Of course, there are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets and another separate toilet on the floor. There is also a basement common room. The cottage is intended primarily for enthusiastic cottagers who have no problem taking care of the heating themselves - in the winter months, the cottage is heated by central heating on solid fuel and there is also the possibility of using the fireplace in the common room.

When occupied by 8 people, there are 3 rooms with a capacity of 3 + 3 + 2 beds, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower plus another separate toilet.

Behind the cottage is a roofed gazebo with a grill and an open fireplace, and of course there is also a kettle. Behind the seating area there is a 9x20m playground with goals and a net for board games. For children, there is a sandbox and swings. The gates and sandbox are accessible in the season from April to November, we put them aside for the winter months.

In front of the cottage there is a shelter where you can park. During the winter months, the cottage is heated with wood in the fireplace and a solid fuel boiler.

Within 10 minutes by car is Terchová (Jánošík statue, Terchovské srdce lookout tower, Bethlehem, mini railway model, Calvary, Terchovské little train, Jánošík museum...), which also offers endless hiking opportunities - Jánošík's holes, Vrátna dolina, Veľký and Malý Rozsutec, Veľký and Malý Kriváň, Stoh, Chleb...
In the winter season you can ski in Vrátná (10km) or Kubínska (30km).
