Chata Ivka

We offer you accommodation in Chata Ivka, which is located in the beautiful Orava countryside in the village of Leštiny near Dolné Kubín. It will impress its visitors with its unique architecture, thanks to which you will be transported to a fairy-tale world between hags and a gingerbread house.

Chata Ivka provides accommodation throughout the year in a total capacity for 10 people, including extra beds. It is suitable for rent for one or two groups of friends and acquaintances, or two families with children.

On the ground floor there is an apartment with two bedrooms with a separate entrance with a total capacity for 6 people. You can spend pleasant winter evenings in the room, which is a combination of bedroom and living room. It has a TV with satellite reception, a sofa, a dining table and a fireplace with a stove, where you can spend more than one romantic evening. At night, you can use the room as a bedroom with two separate beds that can be combined into a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed on the sofa bed. You can prepare your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and electric kettle. From the kitchen, you can take the roof stairs to the attic bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Children's visitors will be delighted by the children's corner with a pirate castle. Guests can also use the bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the attic, which can be reached through a separate entrance from the outside raised terrace, there is a smaller Attic Studio. It includes a small kitchenette equipped with an electric double cooker, a microwave oven and a kettle. After a busy day, you can relax in the bedroom with two separate beds that can be combined into a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one person. Here you can also use a TV with satellite reception. Of course, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.

A terrace with outdoor seating is available at the cottage. During the summer days, you can prepare delicious grilled specialties here, while your children have fun on the playground with a swing, slide, sandbox, garden swing, roller coasters or children's pool. We will also take care of the storage of your skis and bicycles. It goes without saying that free WiFi internet connection is available throughout the cottage. You can safely park three cars directly in front of the cottage. You will certainly be pleased with the possibility of renting a hot tub with a capacity of 4 people. You can also use a two-seater electric scooter to explore the surroundings and a 3-hour entry to Aquarelax Dolný Kubín.
