The cottage is located in the beautiful Orava countryside in the village of Leštiny. The cottage is adapted for comfortable rental for groups of 14 to 16 guests. On its ground floor, there are two 4-bed bedrooms available to you, one of which is a walk-through. One of them also serves as a living room with a kitchenette with a refrigerator with an evaporator, a microwave oven, a glass-ceramic hob, a TV, a radio, a DVD and a fireplace. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet near the bedrooms.

On the floor of the cottage you can use two more bedrooms, a 2-bed and a 4-bed bedroom. There is also a pleasant common room with a fireplace, satellite TV, radio, DVD and a comfortable sitting area (with the possibility of using two extra beds), which is also connected to a fully equipped kitchen area with a dining area and, in addition, a dishwasher. To ensure the comfort of the tenants, the building's floor is also equipped with a second bathroom and toilet.

You can also relax perfectly on the sunny outdoor terrace of the cottage with a sitting area or in a nicely arranged garden area with a gazebo, a stylish garden fireplace with a grill, a fireplace and a stew pot. For your little ones, we have prepared a children's sandpit with toys, a slide and a swing. You can also use a two-seater electric scooter to explore the surroundings and a 3-hour entry to Aquarelax Dolný Kubín.

Start your days in the lap of beautiful Orava nature. Leave your car in the safety of the private parking lot and set off either on foot or by bike to discover the beauty of Orava. If you are not a fan of hiking, you can relax in the nearby thermal swimming pools: Lúčky, Bešeňová and water parks: Dolný Kubín and Tatralandia - Liptovský Mikuláš. Fans of winter sports will enjoy themselves in the nearby ski resorts: Kubínska hoľa, Racibor and Lučivná. After your return, you will be refreshed by a shower in the massage shower box and sitting in the garden gazebo with a children's playground. Unless, of course, you prefer watching TV in the warmth of the family fireplace. We are looking forward to you!
