The KubaLand resort stands out with its well-thought-out layout. The building is designed as a semi-detached house with a total capacity of 22 beds, divided into two identical, completely separate parts - Blue and Green, named after the color scheme of the interior. Each part has its own entrance, which ensures maximum privacy for guests. The common living area is an open and pleasant space ideal for moments together. On the ground floor there is a comfortable sofa, a large TV and a fireplace stove, which create a cozy atmosphere. Comfort is ensured by underfloor heating and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare homemade meals.
Each part of the accommodation has four comfortable bedrooms with a capacity of 10 beds. Three bedrooms are triple with a double bed and a single bed, the fourth bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. An additional bed can be used on the couch in the living area and we will be happy to provide a cot for the little ones. For the comfort of guests, there are two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each part. For longer stays, you will certainly appreciate the washing machine and dryer.
The modern interior includes a wellness area with an indoor heated pool and an infrared sauna or a classic sauna. After an active day spent in the mountains, skiing or hiking trails, you will relax here perfectly. The landscaped exterior offers space for social moments – children can have fun on the multifunctional playground, adults can enjoy grilling or cooking in a cauldron in pleasant gazebos. There is WiFi access, guarded parking for six cars and a safe space for storing skis or bicycles.
During spring, summer and autumn, the region offers many hiking and cycling opportunities. You can visit the Minčol, Veľká Rača or Kubínska hola hills, Jánošíkove diery and Rozsutce are also popular. Families with children will enjoy the Funny Park right in the village or a ride on the Terchov train. The historical railways – the Orava Forest Railway or the Forest Turnpike Railway in Vychylovka – are a great experience. You can also go to the Terchovec Relaxation Centre to relax. In winter, Orava turns into a snowy paradise - you can enjoy skiing directly in Oravská Lesná at the Orava Snow resort or in the surrounding areas at the resorts of Kozinec, Zákamenné, Krušetnica or Kubínská hola.
