A cozy holiday home with a swimming pool is located 13 km from the district town of Žilina. It offers accommodation in a separate house with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and a garden with perfect privacy.
The house has 4 bedrooms with the following distribution of beds:
1st bedroom - 1x double bed 180 x 200 cm
2nd bedroom - 1x double bed 180 x 200 cm, one cot
3rd bedroom - 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed
4th bedroom - 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed + raised bed for 2 children (load capacity approx. up to 80 kg)
The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people, there is dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster...
A washing machine is also available if needed. Underfloor heating will provide heat, and a beautiful tiled stove in the living room can also serve as a supplement.

For those who like to move, there is a small fitness center with equipment such as a treadmill, stationary bike, stepper, training bench and more. Entertainment will also be provided by a flat-screen TV, a multifunctional game table with billiards, football, air hockey, books, board games, and musical talents can strum the guitar or play the electric keyboard.
Mothers have a cot, chair and prepared there are also toys for children - crayons, drawings, books, a children's tent, stuffed animals, blocks, a children's kitchen, puzzles...
Free wifi is also available.
The large terrace is covered and offers the possibility of sitting and grilling even in bad weather - gas grill is available. A ping-pong table and a large indoor pool, badminton, a trampoline and a slide for children also allow for active relaxation outside.

There is a double garage and outdoor parking for cars.

If you want to explore Slovakia, Podhorie is the best choice for accommodation. Beautiful trips can be taken in the immediate vicinity, but you can also quickly reach more distant places with various tourist attractions - Demänovská jaskyňa (100 km), Bojnice - ZOO, castle (63 km), open-air museum Jahodníky pri Martine (43 km), Oravská forest railway (69 km), Orava castle (83 km) and many others.

If you don't want to go far, the nearby area also offers many opportunities for trips and getting to know interesting places in Slovakia.

Súľovské skaly is the closest for hiking, but even Vrátna dolina with the cable car to Chleb is no further than about half an hour away by car. The nearby Lietava Castle and the many hills of Mala Fatra are also beautiful tourist destinations.

Those who like to learn about our history or art have a choice of: Slovak Bethlehem in Rajecka Lesna, Kunerad Castle, the distinctive Slovak village of Čičmany, Strečnian Castle, Budatín Castle, the Municipal Museum and Historical Town Hall in Rajec, the Lietavská Svinná Eco Museum, the Považ Gallery in Žilina and many other interesting places.
