We invite you to the stylishly furnished Villa Simona, located in a quiet part of Rajecké Teplice, just a few minutes walk from the famous Aphrodite spa. The villa has undergone a complete reconstruction and today offers modern equipment, high comfort and a pleasant environment for families, groups of friends or corporate stays. There is a private wellness, a spacious garden and everything you need for perfect relaxation throughout the year.
The accommodation is designed for one group of guests with a capacity of up to 10 people. The ground floor consists of a large common room with comfortable seating, a smart TV and a library. For shared dining, an elegant dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Direct access to the garden creates a pleasant connection between the interior and the exterior.
Guests have four comfortable bedrooms furnished in a cozy style with an emphasis on natural materials. There are three rooms upstairs, while one barrier-free triple bedroom is located on the ground floor, which will be especially appreciated by older guests or people with reduced mobility. Three modern bathrooms with toilets and showers also contribute to comfort. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property and a cot is available on request.
A unique part of the villa is its wellness area. You can enjoy relaxation in a six-person whirlpool located in a heated winter garden with atmospheric LED lighting and high-quality sound system. Sauna lovers will appreciate the outdoor Finnish sauna with a panoramic view of the Sunny Rocks, which is complemented by a cooling tub and a bucket for cooling off after a sauna.
The spacious garden offers ideal conditions for relaxation and entertainment. Here you will find a terrace with seating, a garden grill, a brick fireplace with prepared wood, comfortable loungers and a large trampoline for children. Parking is provided directly at the property.
The surroundings of Villa Simona offer many opportunities for active leisure activities. In the summer months you can visit the Laura or Veronika swimming pools, and throughout the year you can enjoy the thermal pools and sauna world of the Aphrodite spa. Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking trails leading to the Slnečné skaly, the Poluvsianska skalná ihla or the viewpoints at Skalky. The Skalný budzogáň, the Museum of Transport or the beautiful Súľovské skaly are also worth a visit. In winter, the ski slopes of the Martinky Winter Park are within reach.
